Well I have to say that I don't know how you find the time or energy to update one and even sometimes two blogs a day Marianne. It has obviously been over a week since i have updated mine. The days just seem to fly by and then I am either already in bed and can't pull myself out, or too tired and just want to get in bed. This past week has been busy.
To catch up, Peter was home on Tues, but i don't remember what we did. Wed We pretty much hung out until it was time to go to church. Grandma came over that day to visit the boys and took Michael to church. Thurs was a busy day, as we had our first teacher meeting for MDO. After that we had to take Aiden for his 4 month check up and he now weighs 17 pounds and 8 ounces, and he is 27 inches long. The doctor said he was in the 95 percentile in every thing. Head size, weight, and length. So far he has hit all the milestones. I did mention to the doctor that he doesn't like to be on his stomache and only keeps his head up for short periods of time. He said it is normal, some babies don't like to be on their stomach's. He kind of rolls on his side when he wants something. He absolutley loves standing up all the time though. The doctor did say that standing with help is something they look for at six months of age. So he is doing good. The only bad thing that day was that he got his boosters. He had just fallen asleep and they came in and stuck him three times. Poor baby, and poor me as I had a cranky baby the rest of the day. Michael was very concerned for his brother when he was getting his shots and screaming. Little does Michael know that when he turns 4 he gets his boosters too. That will take several strong people to hold him down. Wow. Not looking forward to that.
Friday I don't remember. Saturday I don't remember either. Is that sad?
Sunday Peter was home so I got to take a shower by myself and then do my hair for church and my makeup! crazy how the small things make you happy. We went to church and then out to eat with Peter's parents for Peggy's birthday. Yay peggy! Happy Birthday today!! Then Peter and I decided to go on a little date because we never get to. So we went to see a dollar movie! Then we came home and relaxed until the boy got home.
Yesterday i started to make all of the phone calls to my students parents to remind them of everything that they need for school. I also did my lesson plan for sep. That was exhausting.
Today was fun, even though it started at 7:30. Peter was here so I got to relax in between feeding the baby and the boy. Relaxing included finishing calling the rest of the students that were on my list. Then I took Aiden up to school with me to do some school stuff where by he exploded and I had no other outfit to put on him except a pair of pants that I had in the car. He had fun playing in the bouncer while we were there. We left a couple hours later. One exciting thing that happened today. Peter found me a jumper!! The one that I really wanted too. I had been looking on craigslist for one and it seems like everyone who posts on that site is from far fortworth. I really didn't want to drive to get it. plus I don't think that site is all safe. So yay for Peter!! My hero. Michael got rent another different Tom and Jerry today at the store. I don't think I have ever seen something as funny as him watching Tom and Jerry. He LOVES it!! He watches it over and over and over again. Well both of the boys are in bed right now and I am excited because it is only 9. Both Peter and I felt like we were going to fall out today. Maybe it was the weather, but we are just so stink'in tired!! So good night!!
The pictures are of Aiden chillin outside, Michael's couch cusion castle in the middle of the floor, bathtime after mom gets out, shopping at Kroger, and Best buddies Michael and Kevin. Ithought Michael was taller, but I guess Kevin grew some!

Michael looks like he's thinking, "I really don't want to drop Baby Brother into the water." He's holding on tight while grimacing.
Oh, and warn a Pappaw before catching him in the background (shot of Michael & Kevan). I'd have sat up straight and straightened my tie.;)
